INFORMACI\u00d3 ALS USUARIS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"1005\">Aquest document regula les condicions generals de contractaci\u00f3 aplicables a l&#039;adquisici\u00f3 de serveis tur\u00edstics i reserves hoteleres realitzades a trav\u00e9s del lloc web <strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"718\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/30degreeshotels.com\/ca\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"716\">https:\/\/www.30degreeshotels.com<\/a><\/strong>, de conformitat amb el que disposa la Llei 34\/2002, de Serveis de la Societat de la Informaci\u00f3 i de Comer\u00e7 Electr\u00f2nic, i la Llei 3\/2014, per la qual es modifica el Text Ref\u00f3s de la Llei General per a la Defensa dels Consumidors i Usuaris (Reial Decret Legislatiu 1\/2007).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1136\">La contractaci\u00f3 de qualsevol dels serveis oferts implica l&#039;acceptaci\u00f3 plena i sense reserves de les condicions presents.<\/p><p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1136\"><br><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1181\">2. ACCEPTACI\u00d3 DE LES CONDICIONS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1237\">L&#039;acceptaci\u00f3 d&#039;aquest document implica que el client:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1430\">a) Ha llegit, ent\u00e9n i compr\u00e8n el contingut.<br data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1289\">b) \u00c9s una persona amb capacitat legal suficient per contractar.<br data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1356\">c) Assumeix i accepta expressament totes les obligacions que se&#039;n deriven.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1719\">Aquestes condicions tindran <strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1489\">vig\u00e8ncia indefinida<\/strong> i seran aplicables a totes les contractacions realitzades a trav\u00e9s del lloc web. El prestador es reserva el dret a modificar-les unilateralment, sense que aix\u00f2 afecti les reserves realitzades amb anterioritat a la modificaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1758\"><br><\/h3><h3 data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1758\">3. IDENTITAT DE LES PARTS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1462\">De conformitat amb el que estableix la legislaci\u00f3 vigent, i en particular el que disposa la <strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1176\">Llei 34\/2002, d&#039;11 de juliol, de serveis de la societat de la informaci\u00f3 i del comer\u00e7 electr\u00f2nic<\/strong>, els serveis d&#039;allotjament i reserva hotelera oferts a trav\u00e9s del lloc web <strong data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1294\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/30degreeshotels.com\/ca\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1292\">https:\/\/www.30degreeshotels.com<\/a><\/strong> s\u00f3n prestats per les entitats titulars o gestores dels establiments que operen sota la marca comercial <strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1427\">30degrees Hotels<\/strong>, i que es detallen a continuaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1929\">\n<li data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1616\">\n<p data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1616\"><strong data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1503\">GESTIHOTELS COSTA C\u00c0LIDA, SL.<\/strong>, amb <strong data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1529\">NIF B66570441<\/strong>, titular i\/o gestora de <strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1574\">Hotel Dos Playas<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1595\">Hotel Playa Sol<\/strong> i <strong data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1613\">l'Hotel Bah\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1737\">\n<p data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1737\"><strong data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1653\">EHOGA GESTI\u00d3 HOTELERA, SL.<\/strong>, amb <strong data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1679\">NIF B67508606<\/strong>, titular i\/o gestora de <strong data-start=\"1704\" data-end=\"1734\">Apartaments Binivell Park<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1829\">\n<p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1829\"><strong data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1758\">OLIHER, SL.<\/strong>, amb <strong data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1784\">NIF B58465857<\/strong>, titular i\/o gestora de <strong data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1826\">Hotel Espanya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1927\">\n<p data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1927\"><strong data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1852\">FRINGIAN, SL.<\/strong>, amb <strong data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1878\">NIF B66451402<\/strong>, titular i\/o gestora de <strong data-start=\"1903\" data-end=\"1926\">Apartaments Beatrix<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2018\">D&#039;ara endavant, totes elles anomenades conjuntament com el <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2017\">prestador de serveis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2357\">El proc\u00e9s de reserva i contractaci\u00f3 es realitza a trav\u00e9s d&#039;un <strong data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2175\">motor de reserves en l\u00ednia facilitat per un prove\u00efdor tecnol\u00f2gic extern (WITBOOKING)<\/strong>, que actua exclusivament com <strong data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2247\">plataforma t\u00e8cnica d&#039;intermediaci\u00f3<\/strong>, sense intervenir en la prestaci\u00f3 del servei d&#039;allotjament ni assumir cap responsabilitat sobre aquest.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2357\"><br><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3008\">4. OBJECTE DEL CONTRACTE<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3009\" data-end=\"3280\">Les presents condicions regulen la relaci\u00f3 contractual entre el prestador i el client des del moment en qu\u00e8 aquest accepta les condicions durant el proc\u00e9s de reserva en l\u00ednia, quedant perfeccionat el contracte conforme als articles 1.258 i 1.262 del Codi Civil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3009\" data-end=\"3280\"><br><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3315\">5. SERVEIS OFERTS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3316\" data-end=\"3489\">El prestador ofereix <strong data-start=\"3336\" data-end=\"3395\">serveis d&#039;allotjament tur\u00edstic i reserves hoteleres<\/strong>, incloent serveis complementaris que es puguin afegir durant el proc\u00e9s de contractaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3496\" data-end=\"3512\"><br><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3496\" data-end=\"3512\">6. PREUS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3513\" data-end=\"3720\">Els preus mostrats al lloc web s\u00f3n <strong data-start=\"3555\" data-end=\"3574\">preus finals<\/strong>, amb impostos inclosos, excepte error tipogr\u00e0fic.<br data-start=\"3625\" data-end=\"3628\">La <strong data-start=\"3631\" data-end=\"3666\">taxa tur\u00edstica no est\u00e0 inclosa<\/strong> i s&#039;haur\u00e0 d&#039;abonar directament a l&#039;establiment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3722\" data-end=\"3875\">En reserves fetes des de fora d&#039;Espanya, el client assumeix possibles c\u00e0rrecs bancaris addicionals. El prestador no es responsabilitza dels costos esmentats.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"3980\">Els preus poden variar en temps real i es mostraran sempre abans de la confirmaci\u00f3 de la reserva.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"3980\"><br><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3987\" data-end=\"4002\">7. IDIOMA<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4003\" data-end=\"4074\">El proc\u00e9s de contractaci\u00f3 es pot fer en <strong data-start=\"4050\" data-end=\"4073\">castell\u00e0, angl\u00e8s o els idiomes disponibles a la plataforma Witbooking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4081\" data-end=\"4113\"><br><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"4081\" data-end=\"4113\">8. PROC\u00c9S DE CONTRACTACI\u00d3<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4114\" data-end=\"4177\">El proc\u00e9s de reserva es realitza \u00edntegrament en l\u00ednia i inclou:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"4179\" data-end=\"4464\">\n<li data-start=\"4179\" data-end=\"4213\">\n<p data-start=\"4182\" data-end=\"4213\">Selecci\u00f3 de l&#039;hotel i dates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4214\" data-end=\"4252\">\n<p data-start=\"4217\" data-end=\"4252\">Elecci\u00f3 del tipus dallotjament.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4253\" data-end=\"4306\">\n<p data-start=\"4256\" data-end=\"4306\">Selecci\u00f3 de serveis addicionals (si escau).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4307\" data-end=\"4350\">\n<p data-start=\"4310\" data-end=\"4350\">Introducci\u00f3 de les dades de l&#039;hoste.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4351\" data-end=\"4376\">\n<p data-start=\"4354\" data-end=\"4376\">Confirmaci\u00f3 i pagament.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4377\" data-end=\"4464\">\n<p data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4464\">Enviament autom\u00e0tic de la <strong data-start=\"4403\" data-end=\"4430\">Confirmaci\u00f3 de Reserva<\/strong> al correu electr\u00f2nic facilitat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El proc\u00e9s de contractaci\u00f3 es realitza a trav\u00e9s d&#039;un <strong data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2598\">motor de reserves online gestionat tecnol\u00f2gicament per WITBOOKING<\/strong>, a qu\u00e8 l&#039;usuari \u00e9s redirigit durant el proc\u00e9s de reserva. La utilitzaci\u00f3 de la plataforma esmentada no altera la relaci\u00f3 contractual, que s&#039;estableix exclusivament entre el client i el prestador del servei d&#039;allotjament corresponent.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4471\" data-end=\"4494\">9. FORMES DE PAGAMENT<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4495\" data-end=\"4599\">El pagament es far\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant <strong data-start=\"4525\" data-end=\"4556\">targeta de cr\u00e8dit o d\u00e8bit<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant una plataforma de pagament segura.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4601\" data-end=\"4705\">El prestador no es responsabilitza d&#039;errors derivats de dades incorrectes introdu\u00efdes pel client.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4712\" data-end=\"4743\"><br><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"4712\" data-end=\"4743\">10. CANCEL\u00b7LACI\u00d3 I NO SHOW<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4745\" data-end=\"4812\">La pol\u00edtica de cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 dependr\u00e0 de la <strong data-start=\"4788\" data-end=\"4811\">tarifa seleccionada<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"4814\" data-end=\"4837\">Tarifes est\u00e0ndard<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"4838\" data-end=\"5057\">\n<li data-start=\"4838\" data-end=\"4911\">\n<p data-start=\"4840\" data-end=\"4911\">Cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 gratu\u00efta fins <strong data-start=\"4867\" data-end=\"4885\">24 hores abans<\/strong> data d&#039;arribada.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4912\" data-end=\"5057\">\n<p data-start=\"4914\" data-end=\"5057\">Cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 fora de termini o no presentaci\u00f3 (NO SHOW): <strong data-start=\"4970\" data-end=\"5025\">c\u00e0rrec del 100 % de la primera nit o de la reserva<\/strong>, segons condicions espec\u00edfiques.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"5059\" data-end=\"5100\">Tarifes Prepagament \/ No Reemborsables<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"5101\" data-end=\"5270\">\n<li data-start=\"5101\" data-end=\"5183\">\n<p data-start=\"5103\" data-end=\"5183\">L&#039;import total es podr\u00e0 carregar en qualsevol moment despr\u00e9s de fer la reserva.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5184\" data-end=\"5224\">\n<p data-start=\"5186\" data-end=\"5224\">No admet cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 ni devoluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5225\" data-end=\"5270\">\n<p data-start=\"5227\" data-end=\"5270\">NO SHOW: <strong data-start=\"5236\" data-end=\"5269\">c\u00e0rrec del 100 % de la reserva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5272\" data-end=\"5342\">IVA incl\u00f2s.<br data-start=\"5285\" data-end=\"5288\">La taxa tur\u00edstica s&#039;abona directament a l&#039;hotel.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"5349\" data-end=\"5383\"><br><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"5349\" data-end=\"5383\">11. DRET DE DESISTIMENT<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5384\" data-end=\"5585\">D&#039;acord amb la normativa vigent, el dret de desistiment no ser\u00e0 aplicable als serveis d&#039;allotjament per a dates espec\u00edfiques, sense perjudici del que estableix la confirmaci\u00f3 de reserva.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"5592\" data-end=\"5615\"><br><\/h3><h3 data-start=\"5592\" data-end=\"5615\">12. RECLAMACIONS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5616\" data-end=\"5776\">El client pot presentar reclamacions contactant directament amb l&#039;establiment corresponent per correu electr\u00f2nic, tel\u00e8fon o presencialment.<\/p><p data-start=\"5616\" data-end=\"5776\"><br><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"5783\" data-end=\"5805\">13. JURISDICCI\u00d3<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5806\" data-end=\"5935\">Les parts se sotmeten expressament als <strong data-start=\"5847\" data-end=\"5893\">Jutjats i Tribunals de Barcelona capital<\/strong>, llevat de normativa imperativa en contra.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"5942\" data-end=\"5973\"><br><\/h3><h3 data-start=\"5942\" data-end=\"5973\">14. LEGISLACI\u00d3 APLICABLE<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5974\" data-end=\"6041\">Aquestes condicions es regeixen per la <strong data-start=\"6008\" data-end=\"6040\">legislaci\u00f3 espanyola vigent.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
